Delete Your Account

You can delete your PriceTrackr account and its associated data at any time. Here are the two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open PriceTrackr and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request from your account email address to support@pricetrackr.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address.
- Your watchlist and alert configurations.
- Your alert/notification history.
- Your push notification token.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for financial/tax record-keeping related to any past purchases. Subscription and payment records are held by Google Play under its own policies. Any retained data is kept no longer than required and is not used to re-identify you for other purposes.
