Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PriceTrackr mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
PriceTrackr lets you track cryptocurrency prices and receive push notifications when coins reach price ranges you define. Prices are sourced from third-party market-data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Not financial advice. PriceTrackr is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its data or alerts.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- PriceTrackr offers optional paid features via subscription ("Pro").
- Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Google Play account settings.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the App and its alerts reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Notification delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, including your device settings, network, and operating-system behavior.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceTrackr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
